Find duplicate products in your catalog
Paste or upload a product list and see which records share a SKU, a barcode, a brand and part number, or a title.
Runs in your browser. Your product data is never uploaded.
The first row holds the column names. The checks use sku or id, gtin (or ean, upc, barcode), brand with mpn, and title or name.
What this tool delivers
Duplicate products cause overwritten stock, split reviews, marketplace rejections and wrong prices. This finder reads your product list and groups records that share a SKU, a barcode, a brand and part number, or a title, so you can see which ones describe the same product. UPC and EAN versions of the same barcode are treated as equal.

How it works
- 1
Add your product list
Paste or upload a CSV, TSV or XML file. The first row holds the column names.
- 2
Four checks run
SKU, GTIN, brand with part number, and title are compared. A check is skipped when its column is missing from the file.
- 3
Review and fix
Each group lists the lines involved. Download the CSV to work through them, then merge or re-key the records at the source.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. The check runs in your browser, so your product data never leaves your device.
What counts as a duplicate?
Two or more rows with the same SKU, GTIN, brand and part number, or title once case, spacing and punctuation are ignored. Title matches are only possible duplicates, because variants such as colors often share a title on purpose.
Why are UPC and EAN versions matched?
A UPC-A is an EAN-13 with a leading zero, so both identify the same item. The finder pads every code to 14 digits before it compares them.
Which columns do I need?
At least one of sku or id, gtin (or ean, upc, barcode), brand with mpn, or title (or name). Checks without their column are skipped, and the result says which.
How do I fix duplicates?
Decide which record is the master, merge any useful data into it, retire or redirect the others, and add a unique-SKU rule where products are created so it cannot happen again.
How many products can it check?
Up to 50,000 rows in the browser. For a larger catalog, or to prevent duplicates for good, use a PIM that enforces unique keys.
