Runs in your browser. Your product data is never uploaded.
The first row holds the column names. Meta requires a condition for every product. Common names such as url, image, ean or product_id are recognised.
Added to prices that have no currency, for example 29.90 becomes 29.90 USD.
What this tool delivers
Meta Commerce Manager builds Facebook and Instagram catalogs, dynamic ads and shops from a product feed. This generator reads your product list, tidies prices, availability and condition, and writes an XML feed in the format Meta accepts. It also shows which products are missing an attribute Meta requires, such as condition, before you upload anything.
- CSV, TSV or XML input
- Price, availability and condition cleanup
- Check for the attributes Meta requires
- Download catalog.xml

Frequently Asked Questions
Is my product data uploaded anywhere?
No. The feed is built in your browser, so your product data never leaves your device.
Which attributes does Meta require?
Every item needs an id, title, description, availability, condition, price, link, image link and brand. Condition is the one that most often goes missing in feeds built for Google.
Can I use the same feed for Google Shopping and Meta?
Mostly. Both read RSS 2.0 with g: attributes, so one source list can feed both. Meta also requires condition on every item, so generate the Meta file with this tool to catch what is missing.
How do I add the feed in Commerce Manager?
Open your catalog, choose Data sources, add items with a data feed, and upload the file or give Meta a public URL to fetch on a schedule.
Does it check my images?
It checks that the links are well formed https URLs but cannot open them. Meta shows image and item errors in Commerce Manager after the feed is processed, so check the preview there.
Can it handle a large catalog?
It processes up to 50,000 products in the browser. For a larger catalog that changes every day, generate the feed from a PIM so it updates itself.
